- In the rare case the product you received is damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. We try our best to make sure that your order reaches you in excellent condition. However, in such a situation you can email us at customercare@annalouparis.com or inbox us on our Instagram or Facebook account with your order details and we will send you a replacement. Claims of Damaged or Broken product can be made within 7 working days of making the purchase.
