  • In the rare case the product you received is damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. We try our best to make sure that your order reaches you in excellent condition. However, in such a situation you can email us at customercare@annalouparis.com or inbox us on our Instagram or Facebook account with your order details and we will send you a replacement. Claims of Damaged or Broken product can be made within 7 working days of making the purchase.

Cash Refund

  • Anna Lou Paris does NOT have a cash refund policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Your order can only be cancelled within 10 hours of placing it, after 10 hours, it will be dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping across Pakistan. Shipping can take up to 3-4 working days for Rawalpindi and Islamabad and up to 4-5 working days for other cities.

IMPORTANT

  • We reserve the right to turn down an order of a customer who has in the past refused to receive their order at the time of doorstep delivery.
